This ring is made out of silver and the slogan written on it is "Believe in your dreams". The show "Viva con Agua" will take place on 2 December in Hamburg.

They’re currently the most successful Band in Germany, their 3rd Album "Humanoid" has just been released, in February they’re starting their Tour. BILD talked with the 4 Teen-Rockers from "Tokio Hotel", Bill (20), Tom (20), Georg (22) and Gustav (21), about love, fans and bad hearing.

After all these years, full of screaming girls, have you been at a hearing test?
TOM: Nope. But Bill and I have had a poor hearing since birth. That’s why we’re talking so loud.
BILL: Yes, and when our hearing got even worse, then it’s because we hear super loud music and not because of alls the screaming. By the way, that’s the most wicked thing that exists! We think it’s great that our Fans scream they’re emotions out loud.

On February 28th you’ll play a concert at the Color Line Arena. What can your Fans be excited about?
BILL: It won’t just be a live concert, it’ll be a very, very big Show. We designed a really cool stage with a stage designer from London – with Pyrotechnics, a LED-Wall and a lot of moving elements. We’ll be going on Tour with 2 Tour Busses and more than 10 Trucks.

Let’s change the subject! Bill, is it true that you didn’t have a girlfriend since you were 15?
BILL: Yes.

Not enough time?
BILL: It isn’t only because of that. If I would be in love, I would leave everything behind – I would even leave the city or the country I live in. But since I go out very seldom, I don’t even have the chance to get to know someone better – except of a Celebrity or a employee.

How would SHE have to be?
BILL: I can’t set that on her look. For me it’s love at first sight. I have to immediately get the feeling that I can trust her. And she should be spontaneous and full of life.

How does the love life of the others look?
GEORG: I have a girlfriend since almost a year.
TOM: Except for Georg, we’re all single. I’ve never been in love. That’s not because of my appearance, there are a lot of good looking women. It’s about the whole package.

On my free days I sit in front of TV unshaven and in track suit-just like everyone else."

On the occasion of the movie “Arthur und die Minimoys 2?, in which Bill Kaulitz lent his voice to the main character of the movie, Gala met up with the Tokio-Hotel-Singer and talked with him about Girls, Rumours and his cooking skills.

For the german version of the film, Bill Kaulitz lent his voice again to the main character of the movie “Arthur und die Minimoys 2 – Die Rache des Bösen M”. Gala met up with the Tokio Hotel Singer for an interview.

In “Arthur 2?, the new animated movie by Luc Besson, you lent the little hero your voice for the second time. Is it difficult for you to indentify with a Fantasy-Figure?
It is a challenge to empathize into a fantasy world and to put all your emotions into an animated figure. The most difficult part is, when you have to laugh or cry on command. And this several times in a row. But in the end everything went well.

Could you imagine to stand in front of the camera for an upcoming film?
Actually, I always had the opinion that a singer should sing and that an actor should act. But to be honest, lately I thought more and more about trying it out. Whereas I don’t even know if I have enough talent for it. It should therefore be a small role.

Would you rather play the bad guy or the superhero?
Definitely the bad guy. Preferably a vampire or a junkie – yes, these would be my absolute dream roles.

The next “Twilight”-Book will be made into a movie soon – how about playing an evil vampire on the side of Robert Pattinson?
I would immediately say yes to a role in “Twilight”.

In “Arthur 2? the heart of the little hero beats for princess Selena. Your heart however is still looking for love…
I would love to fall in love, but everything fails because of the life I currently lead. With “Tokio Hotel” we spend about two days in a city, then we already fly to the next one. But trust is very important for me in a relationship. I’m very skeptical and I don’t let a lot of people get close to me. Sure, it would be possible for me to take a girl up to my room every night, but I never did that. I’m not the One-Night-Stand type of guy. That’s just not what I’m looking for. I’m looking for somebody who really means something to me.

What should a woman have to arouse your interest?
She would have to radiate the joy of life, be spontaneous and self-confident. Furthermore she should be able to stand on her own feet and she shouldn’t make her live dependent on mine.

Your career with “Tokio Hotel” seems like a fairytale. You’ve become world stars in the last 5 years. Do you sometimes wish to be the normal Bill Kaulitz, that you’ve been before?
Absolutely. On some days I wake up and think: Oh god, that’s so overwhelming, I don’t want to do a thing today. Of course there’s a lot of pressure that weighs on us and I pressure myself the most. My brother, Tom, and I are control freaks. It’s incredibly difficult for us, to let other people decide things. There’s nothing that can be decided without us looking over it – and sometimes it’s just too much. But that’s just the problem of authority I happen to have, and it probably won’t change.

How do you manage to relax, to gain new energy?
The only thing that can distract me is the time that I spend with my family, old friends from school and with my dogs. Just in this little circle of people that are close to me, which already knew me before the whole career with “Tokio Hotel” started, I can relax. I trust them 100%. These friendships are very intense and therefore also very important to me.

But you can no longer go to the disco with your old friends from school…
No, I can’t lead a normal life anymore – and I won’t be able to do that ever again. I don’t need to fool myself. When I go out, Bodyguards are always accompanying me and one is also standing in front of my door. Success is a curse and a blessing at the same time. I can’t live with it, but I also can’t live without it. I need it: the stage, the shows, the spotlight. It gives me a lot of strenght, and I feel myself called upon it – I would like that to last a lifetime. But there are also days, where I would love to be a normal guy.

What would you do on such a day?
A party-vacation with a lot of friends in a two-star hotel on Mallorca or Ibiza. A real chav-vacation, where you start drinking Sangria on the plane.

There is a rumor which states that you’re very stressed and that you’re struggling with a eating disorder …
There are in total 3 rumours which return every year: Bill Kaulitz is anorexic. Bill Kaulitz is gay. Bill Kaulitz leaves the band. But they’re just not right. I’ve always been slim and just don’t gain weight, it doesn’t matter what I do. I don’t pay attention to anything. I order milkshakes and coke and I eat french fries – but it has to be vegetarian. Tom and I don’t eat meat since a year and a half.

Do you cook sometimes?
My cooking skills are enough to cook a plate of pasta. But I’m far too lazy for it anyways. When we’re on the road, we always order something from the room service and otherwise I shove a frozen pizza into the oven.

And your favorite meal – apart from frozen pizza?
I used to love duck with red cabbage and potatoes. But now as a vegetarian I could only eat the side dish. That is why I now prefer to eat Nudelgratin with a lot of grilled cheese. It really has to be because of our genes, that we don’t gain any weight. By the way, Tom weighs as much as me – his clothes are just bigger than mine. Well, and he also exercises more than me.

What do you do to stay fit?
To get through the upcoming gigs, I probably need to start jogging again. Although I’m actually totally unsportsmanlike. Weight lifting, swimming, football – I don’t do anything from the above.

Let's hope so! Here's the Tokio Hotel frontman at the premiere of Arthur und die Minimoys 2 - Die Rueckkehr des Boesen M' (Arthur 2) -- he voiced the part of Arthur -- at Cinestar Sony Center movie theater in Berlin this weekend. And boy, does Bill got that purp!

Bill Kaulitz was resplendent in the royal color, an enormous (yet chic!) granny sweater, and platform wedges, which made us think perhaps he's making a not-so-subtle nod to the original Purple rocker, Prince.

And why not? Both Bill and Prince have a flamboyantly charismatic stage presence, as well as a penchant for gravity-defying hair and sparkles. And both Bill and Prince command undying support from an army of loyal followers.

Berlin(dpa) – a flurry of flashbulbs and earpiercing shrieks of fans: «Tokio Hotel»-Singer Bill Kaulitz (20) came to the germany premiere of «Arthur und die Minimoys 2 – Die Rache des Bösen M» to the Cinestar in Berlin this Sunday.

For the german version of the movie, Kaulitz lent his voice again, to the – now – twelve year old – main character. Beforehand the Singer showed up on the red carpet. Dressed in a purple colored turtleneck and a black cardigan, he signed autographs, posters and t-shirts of his – mostly – female fans.

«Here, Bill» – when he didn’t come up to these requests, tears flowed. Several hundred «Tokio Hotel»-Fans stood, some already since the early morning hours, behind the barrages. Also actors and TV stars were present at the premiere. The bald actor Jürgen Vogel praised Kaulitz’ always elaborately coiffed hair: «I would love to have them too.» Vogels collegeu Ben Becker admitted, that he missed the first part of «Arthur» on TV: «I’m not familiar with the movie at all.» Kaulitz himself didn’t even see the whole movie from the french director Luc Besson, as he said before the screening. «I’m very excited.»

In the 90 minutes long Fantasy production, Arthur gets a grain of rice from a spider, where «Help» is written on. This can just mean one thing, the boy thinks: His little friends, the minimoys, are in danger. He sets out to rescue them. The majority of the young audience eagerly followed the movie, a lot of them sat in the lap of their parents. How Arthur rescues the wolrd of the Minimoys on the back of the spider, was apparently more exciting, than the person who lent him his voice – quite different than on the outside of the cinema. «Arthur» will officially be in the cinemas on November 26th.

Bill Kaulitz, singer and one (large) portion the German band Tokio Hotel. Known not only for his vocals or founding a band with his identical brother, Kaulitz is no stranger to blurring the line between genders. Usually spotted with white-tipped nails and sporting his shrunken wardrobe, you would be lying if you were to say that Bill wasn't in a category of his own, off to the side.

Arriving to the premiere of the animated flick Arthur and the Minimoys 2, yesterday in Germany, Kaulitz stayed within his comfort zone in black ultra-slim trousers and black accessories to go along with his get-up. Though it was his oversized sweater that came as something new.

Topping of his purple turtleneck with an over sized ribbed knit sweater, Bill drained Ann Demeulemeester's Fall 2009 collection of all it's romanticism and inhibition. Instead using the sweater to add some texture to a rather safe (in his realm) look.

Though I can't say that I am a fan of the look, it is nice to see such a powerful piece by brilliant designer out and off of the runway. How does Bill's look make you feel?

Dark eye make-up,perfect nail polished artificial nails. In interview with BILD.de he clears up things about his style, talks about his new film Arthur und die minimoys 2 and about his first kiss.

With its four-inch heels, he is almost two heads taller than the BILD.de editor. “I grew a bit, I’m 1.88 now,” says Bill by common photo, in the sitting position he prefers. “And for that I wear now heels!”

And not only that: the iroquis as hair,clothing by Christian Dior and Rick Owens (favorite designers of the Rockers, Madonna carries the mark of the American designer), lots of silver jewelry around her neck and leather gloves. Yound man can sure put himself in center of attention.

BILD.de: Bill? Do you find yourself in what you wear?
Bill: “Yes,definitely. For me that was important from the beggining. To have that freedom, to wear what I want. The biggest piece of freedom is my own body. I want to decide how I want to look like.To have a stylist who decides everything for me would be my biggest nightmare. I could never do that. For me it’s important that I feel comfortable and am not bored.”

BILD.de: Were you always so confident or you emancipated yourself over time?
Bill: “At the first meeting with our record company they wanted to give us stylists that should tell me how should I wear my hair. This was the first thing I deleted. I was 14 back then. In that area there were discussions from the beggining.”

BILD.de: Do you spent much money on clothes?
Bill: “It’s unimportant if my clothes are expensive or not. Before I didn’t have so much money so I did my own stuff, I sometimes do that today too. Or I draw something and than I make it. I have some jackets that cost $10. The main thing is it looks cool!”

BILD.de: What other say about your style is unimportant to you?
Bill: “With Tokio Hotel, there were times when I could no longer hear the name. I could not see my own face, hair, everything. I could not take it amiss to others, if they felt like that. Than it came time for something else. Present myself differently.”

BILD.de: Do you find yourself beautiful?
Bill: “I am not the one that stays in front of mirror and says: Woah you are so hot. Also when lot of them think I do that, that I think like that about myself. When another people say that I look good, I am happy of course.You can see that.”

BILD.de: How much time do you need in mornings?
Bill: “With showering, dressing, make-up I need an hour until I am styled. Of course there are days when I do not style myself. To go with this hair (pointing to his Iroquois) to the airport, would be a little exhausting. Then I put on a cap and I have no make up. At home I get up and sit in the jogging suit unshaven front of the TV – like everyone else.”

BILD.de: In “Arthur and the minimoys 2? you are speaking for the main character.He had his first kiss….
Bill: “Yes.To synchronize that in speech-cabin you have to kiss your own hand, so that can sound real. That is not nearly as romantic as comes across in the film.”

BILD.de: When did you have your first kiss?
Bill: “I was 9 or 10. Tom and I kissed the same girl. He kissed her one day before me. I was one day late. It was terrible. I think that first kiss was really not good. I thought it was terrible. The second was better.”

BILD.de: Do you want to take over the Hollywood next?
Bill: “Until now, there wasn’t proper role. I think it’s pretty hard to act. I have some experience in making music videos, but one whole film is a total different thing. When a right film comes than I could think of something. Films with vampires are my favourite. My dream as a child would be fulfilled if I had a chance to be in one.”

"Arthur 2"-Premiere in Berlin: Bill Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel talks about Love, Pizza and “Twilight”.

With heavy silver chains, leather gloves, black painted nails and a 40 cm long fauxhawk all eyes are immediately drawn to Bill Kaulitz (20)! In the interview the frontman of Tokio Hotel appears like an average and likeable boy. Prima Donna behaviour = zero! But the popstar still enjoyed his bath in the crowd on sunday at the Potsdamer Platz. Occasion: The new Fantasy-Spectacle "Arthur 2", in which Bill lent his voice – again – to the main character of the movie. Beforehand, Markus Tschiedert met him for an interview at the Ritz Carlton.

For the second time you lent your voice to the gnome Arthur. Do you like your speaking voice?
I don’t like to hear me talk at all, I don’t even watch my own interviews. However, I’m already used to my singing, and because of the Sound Technology you can also control it more. While speaking, one also says things without thinking about them.

This time, Arthur experiences his first love. How does it look for you?
I think it’ll never happen to me, and nothing changed regarding this topic. I hope I won’t be proved right with this, but at the moment it’s my realistic judgement. When I look back on the last five years, then there wasn’t a chance to fall in love. There are no dates and I can’t get to know somebody on a normal way. There simply is no interpersonal contact.

What would your “Dream-person” look like?
I can’t picture one! But I surely wouldn’t fasten that on something physical, like their hair color. But I believe in love at first sight, I would just know it when she would suddenly stand right in front of me. Sure, I had some girlfriends, but just ’til I turned 15. After that I didn’t, which is really not enough for a 20-year old.

Millions of girls are gushing over you. How can you handle the permanent screaming?
At live concerts you don’t even notice it, because you make the music yourself and the earphones in your ears are somewhat protecting them. On the red carpet it can’t even be loud enough for me.

Do japanese girls scream differently than german girls?
Nope, at least I couldn’t hear a difference! Everywhere we go, the same energy meets us. It would be my nightmare, when the Fans would just applaud. I need this energy from all the fans, who let out all their emotions. It gives me a kick.

How do you manage to come down from the hysteria in your private life?
Well, there’s no thing like a private life for me anymore. I don’t have to delude myself. That’s why I don’t go out that often, and if I do, I always have Bodyguards accompanying me. Unfortunetly, I don’t have normal contact with people, I would rather say that I’m afraid of people.

So, you can’t just go out to get some buns…
I would love to! There are people who always get me everything, which was kind of cool in the first two years. But now I would like to decide myself, what I’ll fill my fridge with. In America I was once at the super market at 3 p.m, when it was empty. That was, when I noticed, what things there are that I can buy.

With which things is your fridge filled?
Since I’m at home very seldom , it’s just filled with standard things like bread and topping. I’m very uncomplicated when it comes to food, and I also don’t like 5-star-restaurant. I love to eat Pasta and Pizza. My freezer is bigger than my fridge, there’s where you find a lot of frozen-pizza, which I thaw and throw in the oven.

You’re always styled. Would the fans recognise you without make-up?
In any case! When I drive to the airport, I also dress differently – with a hat and a jogging suit. But my fans already recognise me on the tip of my nose.

How long does your styling take?
It’s already a routine: With showering and with all the bells and whistles, about a hour. I’m doing everything on my own, and I have a big problem with letting other people do these things. Sure, sometimes I make mistakes and when I see some pics from three years ago, I also think, how did you dress back then. But there is nothing which I am ashamed of, because that’s how I felt in those moments, and that’s okay.

Who is the most important person to you?
My family, which keeps me on the ground and without my twin brother Tom, I couldn’t surive a day. Even if we’re seperated on a day like this, we call each other. Basically, I’m Tom, we both don’t feel complete without each other, we need each other.

People like to compare you with Michael Jackson. Are you afraid of ending up the same way?
His death was a blatant thing and I don’t even want to talk too much about it. Because I think it’s aweful how his death is getting exploited. Michael Jackson also has the right to be left alone, and I want to contribute a little to this.

But like Jackson, you also chose a very androgynus appearance…
Yes, but that was an automatical developement. I was already running around differently at school and started dying my hear at the age of eleven. Shortly after that I started to wear make-up and painting my nails. I also loved to watch vampire movies as a kid, that’s probably where I got my inspiration from.

When we’re already talking about Vampires: Robert Pattinson is a tough competition. Are you a fan of “Twilight”?
Absolutely! At the beginning I was skeptcal, when everybody started telling me about the movie. But then I watched it and I liked it.

How do you deal with the fact that also guys think that you’re great, and that people often say that you’re gay?
That’s a thing, which is almost boring me! It happens automatically, with the way that the society is shaped – it’s obvious that there are rumours about it. And I think it’s absolutely okay that boys think that I’m great. Why not?

VJ Chino: Oh your video Automatic is currently at #3 here in MYX chart.. Any message for your fans voting for your video?
Bill: That sounds really really great. so we wanna say “Thank You”. We’re really excited about that and we have to see our fans very soon..

VJ Chino: Who came up with the concept of the video of automatic where you guys have like a big robot?
Bill: We shot the video in South Africa. We had the idea that we wanna have robots because we’re not really good actors.

VJ Chino: Alright. So let’s backtrack a bit. So, what was the story behind the name “Tokio Hotel”?
Bill: We travel the world and sleep in hotels. We play concerts everywhere so that’s why we chose “Hotel”.
Tom: And “Tokio” just because of the town. We wanted a town that we don’t know.

VJ Chino: Did you guys expect to be this big internationally, not just in Germany?
Bill: We never expected that we’ll have the chance to get successful in Germany. And then we became successful in some other countries. It was really unexpected.

VJ Chino: Alright, so which bands or artist do you guys look up to? Like your favorite band?
Bill: I think there’s not one band because we are all really different when it comes to our music taste. My favorite bands at the moment are the Stereophonics and Kings of Leon.

VJ Chino: And for bill, how does it feel like a lot of people are copying your style?
Bill: It’s also kind of a compliment when other people try to copy your style. It has to be good so thank you for that.

VJ Chino: And lastly what’s your message for your Filipino fans especially the members of the Tokio Hotel Official Philippine Fan Club?
Bill: We wanna say “Thank You” for your support so far. It’s really unexpected that we have fans over there. It’s really cool to hear that and we’re so grateful. We wanna come out there definitely. Maybe in the beginning of the next year. We’ll come out there and have the chance to meet our fans.

That was close! Bill Kaulitz (20) from Tokio Hotel had a car accident! On his way to Berlin, the Singer crashed – on the highway A24 – into a guardrail, with his white Audi Q7! And that with full tempo! The damage: 80.000 €! Reason for the crash: A transporter swerved in front of the singers car, who could only dodge to prevent much worse things from happening. Blessing in disguise: Nothing happened to him. Bill told BRAVO: “This was one of the worst days in my life. Luckily I was strapped. I still need some time, to process what happened. But since this accident happened, I’m happy every day that I’m still alive!”

Thankfully he didn't hurt his pretty little face!

Tokio Hotel's Bill Kaulitz is lucky to have his life!

The singer was in a serious car accident last week while driving his Audi Q4 on the streets of Germany.

"I was alone in the car on my way to Berlin. Normally I'm a very careful driver, have never been in an accident and never speed. Suddenly another car pulled into my lane without indicating. Trying to avoid it I lost control over the wheel," said Bill.

In the end, he hit the guardrails and managed to escape unharmed!

"I tried to get out of the car immediately. I pushed open the door as hard as I could and called the police on my cell. I was very upset and in shock. The police tried to calm me down by phone," he continued. "My brother Tom was insanely worried. I saw the images in front of my eyes over and over again and didn't sleep at all. Everyone supported me and tried to make me feel better."

Yet, the event is something that will stay with him forever and has made him appreciate life!!

"I think about the accident every day. I think it will be a while before I can get over it. It goes deep. I thought I wouldn't make it out alive. I've never been this close to death! It's a miracle that I'm still alive. In moments like that we notice what is really important and to cherish one's life anew," said the gracious singer. "In a moment like that you only try to save your life. With another car it could have ended differently. I didn't even get a scratch."

And the day after the accident, Bill rocked out at the MTV Awards in Berlin!!

Tokio Hotel frontman Bill Kaulitz was involved in a car accident last week, totaling his Audi Q7 on the Germany’s Autobahn, he tells Bild.

The 20-year-old rocker, who crashed the day before the MTV Europe Music Awards and still rocked out at the show, spoke about what happened and how he’s feeling now.

On what happened: “I was sitting alone in the car and was on my way to Berlin. I am basically a very careful driver, never had an accident and never go too fast. Suddenly a car pulled in front of me without signaling. While I tried to swerve, I lost control.”

Bill hit the guardrail trying to stop his car.

Rockstar Bill Kaulitz of Tokio Hotel, was caught in a traffic accident last week at the A24 with his Audi Q7 and crashed into the railing. his car was totalled. In Bild Bill talks exclusively about the accident and how he survived the crash.

The singer: "I think about the accident every day. I think, I will need a while to work through this. It is still very deep in me. I thought I would never get out alive. I have definately never been this close to death. it is a miracle that i am still alive. in moments like these, you realize what is really important and you re-evaluate your life”.

What happened exactly that afternoon?
Bill: “I was alone in the car and on the way to Berlin. I am basically a very careful driver, have never had an accident and never drive too fast. All of a sudden a car drove onto my lane without using the blinklight. I tried to steer clear and went into a skid”.

Bill hit the brakes, tried to stop the car. Then he crashed into the rail. Bill: “In that moment you just try to save your life. With another car the outcome could have been different. I don’t even have a scratch”.

What did Bill do when the car had stopped?
Bill: “I immediately tried to get out of the car. I used all my force to break the door open and called the police on my cellphine. I was completely shaken up and in shock. the police tried to calm me down on the telephone”.

Bills relatives immediately traveled to Bill to Berlin, to be there for him and to calm him down. Bill: “My brother Tom was incredibly worried. I kept seeing the images in front of my eyes and did not sleep. they all supported me and tried to build me up.”

Despite the shock experience Bill performed the next day at the MTV awards in berlin,accepting the award for best band. Tokio Hotel producer and manager David Jost to bild: “We strictly adviced Bill, to cancel the performance because of the accident. But eventhough the accident was a huge shoch to Bill, he insisted on performing”.

In the beginning of next year, Germany’s most succesful rockband will be on the german roads again, this time not in a personal vehicle but in a huge tourbus. On february 26 they will have a big concert in Oberhausen and on the 28th they will play a concert in Hamburg.

... But, the OUTRAGEOUSLY adorned microphone Bill Kaulitz used during Tokio Hotel's MTV Europe Music Awards last week was over-the-top, even by Lil Jon standards.

Bill Kaulitz's mic, which says "Humanoid," was custom made (obviously), by British designers CrystalRoc, who whipped up two different knuckle duster mics for Bill, using platinum, crystal, and black diamonds for the recession-blind price of about £5000 each -- which comes to about $8,270 or €5,564. Are mics the new neckpieces?

Last week Bill was in Berlin, on his way to the “MTV Music Awards 2009?.

There “Tokio Hotel” should be one of the winners at the awards: They got awarded as “Best Band”!

In Rastow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), Bill’s car skidded across the street and crashed into a guardrail. Presumably because he had to dodge from a car.

Luckily, all the people who were involved in the accident remained unhurt. Damage: 80 000 Euros!

The Tokio Hotel singer Bill Kaulitz wrecked his new car! As we got to know only now, the 20 year old was on his way to the MTV European Music Awards in Berlin, when his car skidded and crashed into a guardrail and a truck. That’s what the police said.

Luckily, the singer was not injured in the crash. Why he lost control over his AUDI Q7 is still unclear. Somehow Bill managed to go to the award show, to accept the award for “Best Group” a little later.

We have GOT to stop meeting like this. Wait a second... no we don't. Here's today's batch of Buzzworthy-exclusive Tokio Hotel photos. The Swift firm of Hamburg is acting on behalf of Universal to strengthen [rules] against illegal exploitation of [copyright] protected works. It deals with works from Tokio Hotel [Humanoid] and Jan Delay [Kinder vom Bahnhof Soul].

It concerns pieces of music that have been offered in so-called filesharing or peer-to-peer networks.

The admonished will be those who offer illegal downloads of copyrighted music on filesharing networks, for example BitTorrent, Kazaa, eMule, eDonkey, etc.

According to the firm, Universal has exclusive use and exploitation rights for the disputed music works.

In addition to the solicitation of a clarification regarding permissions, the warned will be asked to pay a total of 1200 Euros, which will be composed of attorneys’ fees and damages.

If you should receive a warning from the firm, it is strongly discouraged to sign prematurely the attached declaration. You hereby submit to all the claims listed in the declaration, and enter into commitments to which you are bound for up to 30 years.

Indeed, you must also not let the often very short deadlines pass through fruitless inaction, because sometimes you have to expect a preliminary injunction, which will create significant additional costs.

Like no other group in these years Tokio Hotel manage to bring the attitude of life to the pont – therefore the 4 Boys from Magdeburg were rightfully awarded as “Best Band” at the MTV Awards.

In the end, everything came like expected: Katy Perry moderated – with her suspenders on – through the evening, Beyonce lounged, with her suspenders on, through her performance, Bono from U2 didn’t wear any suspenders, but he was very eroticized by himself, through his acceptance speech. And just before everything was over, 4 young men stood on the stage and thanked their Fans. Tokio Hotel was awarded as the “Best Band” at the MTV Awards – and the ones who were surprised by this, probably spent the last few years in a cave.

For a long time the 4 Boys from Magdeburg were designated as a mere “Pop-Phenomenon”, as a cloned retorts Band, as fake, alien-like and unreal like their Frontman: Bill Kaulitz, you could see that in Berlin, appears like a hero from a Manga Comic: almond-shaped, with kohl accentuated eyes, androgynous face, pale skin, slender pelvis, thin legs, studdet belt, backcombed hair. A 20 year old as an timeless artificial character. And that’s what you can’t tell by the music of the band.

When the Band released their debut Album “Schrei” and the Single “Durch den Monsun” in Summer 2005, they immeadiately rank on #1 in the german and austrian Charts. 2 Years later, the song is still in the Charts – but this time on the french, italian and portuguese ones. For their in 2007 released Album “Zimmer 483? the french girl start learning german, and when Bill, Tom, Gustav and Georg travelled to the US, their shows are sold out.

Wherever Tokio Hotel appears, the Band is the target of idolatry love. Or abysmal hatred. Nothing in between. The 4 boys unsettle, seduce, and enchant. And they succees, because they brought it to the point, like no other Band in the last few years. The staggering and dreams of an entire generation on the edge of the abyss.

Dark, foreboding, and ominous are their songs, never inconsequential songs, like the Boybands from the 90s produced them. Tokio Hotel are singing about a world, which is haunted by monsoons and populated by Humanoids, a world, that “tipped over” and in which you can’t be certain of a lot of things. "Zwischen den Welten / Bin ich gefangen / Koordinaten / unbekannt“, Bill Kaulitz sings, and you don’t need a lot of talent to hear the attitude of life, of a disoriented, in need of love, nostalgic and romantic youth, the “Generation Crisis”, that’s how it’s called, the generation for which Stephenie Meyer also writes her somber Twilight-Series Novels.

“I’m consumed by a certain craving in all possible directions. But I think all the people have such an indefinite longing in them”, says Bill Kaulitz. Not long ago he turned 20.

Mega Appearance with Flames and scream-alarm.

With a Mega-Appearance, Tokio Hotel were one of the winners on Thursday at the MTV Awards in the “O2 Arena” in Berlin.

They had the loudest fans, the most spectacular show, the singer with the craziest hairstyle – they are the best Band! And therefore they got an award.

“This award makes us happy and proud”, said Bill Kaulitz in English in his acceptance speech.

Tokio Hotel established themselves against Bands like Green Day or Kings of Leon. It’s already the 3rd time in a row that the Band won an award at the MTV European Music Awards.

Beforehand Tokio Hotel played their Hit “World Behind My Wall”, from their current Album “Humanoid”. But: Bill Kaulitz didn’t play live. Half-Playback! But it was still wocked. Shock: When metre high flames shot out of the amps and the piano. Some of the people in the crowd thought that the fire show didn’t go very well.

“You could smell that something burned”, a guest told Bild.de. But Tokio Hotel weren’t in danger. A Crew-Member: “Everything went according to plan.”

The screaming in the venue went also according to plan, when they only mentioned the name Tokio Hotel. Not even Beyoncé or Shakira or the Backstreet Boys reached such a high level of volume with their appearance like Tokio Hotel. Madness!

After the show Bill Kaulitz, his twin brother Tom, Gustav and Georg went to the former airport Tempelhof. There their record label Universal held the After Show Party at Hangar 2.

And they lit something up again, but just with the lighter: Bill lit up – quite like a rock star – a cigarette after another.

Stars wear their finest for show's red carpet.

If silver rocked the VMA red carpet, then black definitely ruled the MTV Europe Music Awards red carpet on Thursday (November 5). A galaxy of stars rocked the red carpet of the show, which was held in Berlin to honor the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

The night's host, Katy Perry, may have donned a white gown on the red carpet, but it was the lacy black detailing that gave it that vintage Perry charm. Green Day went more formal than punk for the red carpet in their slim-fit suits, all of which were in shades of black or dark gray.

Pete Wentz also wore a black suit to the show, and he embellished his with a newsboy cap. His big fashion statement, however, was a cat-eye shaped black eye he drew on, using makeup.

Leona Lewis also wore black. She turned up in a one-piece, capri-length romper with sparkles on its bottom half. Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove wore a blue-and-black-printed, one-shoulder, sequined minidress. Much like Cosgrove, the look was very young and hip.

The standout fashionistas of the show had to be Tokio Hotel, who surprisingly went for a more couture, mod look than their usual glam rock fashion choices. Bill Kaulitz, rocking a fantastic Mohawk, wore a slim-fitted blazer with sequined pockets and paired it with gray very skinny jeans. The other boys in the group decided to go with function instead of fashion and rocked their dark-colored winter jackets on the carpet.

Band pays tribute to Berlin Wall's fall during hometown performance.

Tokio Hotel's Bill and Tom Kaulitz were just 2 months old when the Berlin Wall, which for decades had separated Germany into two separate political states, came tumbling down. Twenty years later, in the same city, they decided to pay tribute to that momentous event with their performance at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards on Thursday (November 5).

Taking the stage silhouetted only by four spotlights, as their hometown fans screamed with delight, Tokio Hotel began the somber buildup of "World Behind My Wall," a track from their just-released Humanoid album. Backed by a video display that showed the symbolic dissolving of a brick wall, frontman Bill Kaulitz — wearing dark wraparound shades and a tight black leather jacket — sang the opening refrains, the crowd joining him on each syllable.

He then removed the sunglasses and strode across the stage, joining his TH bandmates — including bassist Georg Listing on piano — as the song began to pick up steam. Bill's brother (and Tokio Hotel guitarist) Tom worked a decidedly Edge-ian melody out of his ax, and drummer Gustav Schafer pounded hard on his kit.

"Wall" built to a fiery crescendo, with Bill screaming the chorus inches from his brother's face, as an image of the Berlin Wall itself appeared on the video screen. As the song hit its most massive section, the stage was filled with licks of pyro, streams of red lasers and massive explosions, as Bill thrust his fist skyward and sang the chorus loudly.

And just as quickly and massively as it built, the song disappeared into the night, and TH stood triumphantly in the middle of the stage, amps still smoking, Listing plinking out the song's final notes on a piano engulfed in flames.

It was a fitting tribute, indeed.

- Just saw the red carpet being rolled out and heard Joss Stone say she's looking forward to "having a chat" with the other artists!
- Ready? The song Tokio Hotel is going to perform tomorrow is..."World Behind My Wall."
- Pete Wentz wants to spend part of the All Access backstage show learning naughty German phrases from Tokio Hotel...

- 2009 EMA: All Access host Pete Wentz promised that he’s going to spend part of the backstage show learning how to speak naughty German phrases from none other than Tokio Hotel.
- Speaking of Tokio Hotel, it was confirmed that the song they’ll perform tomorrow is… ‘World Behind My Wall.’
- There will be a livestream tomorrow, at 8 p.m on mtvema.com.

Kenza interviewed the boys exclusively for MTV Sweden and since she’s a VJ there, she’s also at the this years EMA’s. On her MTV Blog, she now posted an entry, in which she says that she talked with the Bodyguards of the boys, who still remember her from the Interview and the M&G in Stockholm, in front of the EMA Lounge of Tokio Hotel. She told them that she’s nervous because she’s new.

The team reassured her that everything will be fine, as long as she stays cool. She could hear the boys laugh and talk with each other from where she stood. Furthermore she also blogged that the boys will have a soundcheck in about 30 Minutes (19h - 7pm German time of 03.11.09).

…and this time it’s not “Tom” :)

Guys, guys, guys! You can’t imagine how excited I am right now. The whole day, I’ve already been feeling like I do just before a big show. And next week we’ll finally meet up again with Misty Buckley to develop our stage - well, I mean our "Humanoid City"...it’ll be awesome :)! Here is our tour poster and it feels to me like it’s the best one we’ve ever had!

No more dragging a heavy guitar case around! Here comes the world’s first T-Shirt-Guitar! And there’s also one for the drums - do you notice anything? Correct, the bass is so not interesting, which is why they didn’t even bother with a shirt ;) Poor Georg. Well, if they also come up with a bass shirt then we’ll play the entire tour like that! :D

According to Polydor (the record company of the band in France), who gave the information to the Official French Fanclub Forum, the new single will be "Lass uns laufen" / "World behind my wall"! Now we just have to wait for more news and to see the new videoclip!

According to what was said in “Los 10 + Pedidos” on MTV Latin America, the boys will be in Argentina for the first time on November 15th, after visiting Mexico!

And after being in Argentina, the boys will visit Chile to promote their new album "Humanoid"!
